Who this policy covers
This policy describes how PristineKeys handles information through this website and when you contact us about cleaning or contractor opportunities. We are based in Columbus, Ohio, and serve neighboring suburbs. For privacy questions, email yaseen@pristinekeys.org or call (740) 789-0697.
Information you provide
We collect the contact and service details you submit, including your name, email, phone number, service address, ZIP code, home size, cleaning type, selected extras, preferred date and time, frequency, and notes. We also keep the calculated price, request status, service and payment-status records, and communications needed to arrange your clean. If you create an account, we store your account identifier and associated requests and rewards. Contractor inquiries may include your experience, service areas, availability, and other information you choose to send. Previously submitted property quotes and optional photos may remain in our records.
Account security and payments
Supabase Auth handles account registration, passwords, sign-in, email confirmation, and password resets. The website does not collect payment-card details or take online payments. Please do not put card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, door codes, or other sensitive access information in booking notes or ordinary email.
Why we use your information
We use information to respond to inquiries, check coverage and availability, arrange and provide cleaning, communicate about requests, manage accounts and rewards, review contractor inquiries, keep appropriate business records, and prevent misuse or fraud. Providing the required contact and home details lets us review your request. You may book as a guest, but account-based rewards require a signed-in account.
When information is shared
Our website hosting, database, authentication, and email providers process information needed to operate their services. Supabase provides the database and account system. We share necessary contact, location, schedule, and cleaning details with the cleaner or crew assigned to your visit and with service-management providers used to coordinate the work. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, or resolve a dispute. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Rewards and referrals
We keep points balances, referral codes, account associations, qualifying requests, and credit activity to administer rewards and prevent duplicate claims. A referrer can see their reward status and amounts, but the referral activity view does not disclose the referred customer’s name, email, address, or booking details.
Browser storage and technical information
The site uses browser storage to keep you signed in and support password recovery. A referral code may remain in your browser for up to 30 days; removing it at checkout or submitting a request clears the saved code. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings, which may sign you out or remove a referral code. Hosting and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, device or browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. This website does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain your account and rewards, manage business and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose; account closure does not automatically erase records that still need to be retained. We review deletion requests individually and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Limited copies may remain in provider backups until they expire. We use HTTPS, account authentication, and database access controls to restrict access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact yaseen@pristinekeys.org or (740) 789-0697 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to close your account. Use the email associated with your account or request when possible. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records. We will explain any information we must retain or any request we cannot fulfill, subject to applicable law. A deletion request is not a cancellation request: contact us separately to cancel a scheduled cleaning under our cancellation policy.
Children and external links
Our cleaning and contractor services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. External websites, including social platforms linked from this site, have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates here and change the effective date. If our practices change materially, we will provide additional notice when required. Contact us if you have questions about how this policy applies to your information.
